We help projects get back on track

As part of good governance, it is important from time to time to pause and evaluate whether results, processes and ways of working together can be optimised. In some organisations, reviews of the largest projects are systematised and simply form part of the project management model. In other cases, a review is initiated because decision-makers in and around the project have a bad feeling, or because the consequences of failure are too great for the project to be allowed to go even slightly off course.

Through a review of the entire project, Factor3’s ambition is to contribute adjustments that deliver significantly higher efficiency and accuracy – the project must create the greatest possible value!

Experience shows that the project organisation already holds a great deal of knowledge about what is hindering progress and efficiency, and the willingness to make adjustments is usually high. Factor3 designs and facilitates a process which, in close collaboration with the project management, leverages the experience already within the project and ensures concrete, implementable changes.
