Course 1: includes six modules covering the five essential project management tools:

• Introduction to project management
• Goal setting
• Stakeholder management
• Milestone planning
• Risk management
• Project organisation

Course 2: Two modules on Control/follow-up and leading projects in a business context.

About the e-learning

Each module takes approximately 45 minutes to complete. They include a dynamic review of theory and models, workshop guides, cases, quizzes and reflection questions. The course is offered in both English and Danish.
