Factor3 helps realise an established strategy through a range of initiatives and specific services—either as a natural part of the overall strategy process, or as a standalone service where the company has already developed a strategy without Factor3’s support.

As a starting point, in collaboration with the client we develop a highly specific strategy execution model that formalises the process (governance, specific activities, methods and tools) for rolling out the strategy.

The overall focus areas of the strategy execution model and our efforts are brought together in Factor3’s strategy execution model, which—through dialogue with the client—sets the framework for Factor3’s work.
