OUR RESPONSIBILITY

We cannot say that we will succeed in creating Outstanding Results without also taking responsibility for succeeding. That is why we also say that it is Our Responsibility.

EXTERNALLY

We have heard far too many consultants use a customer’s alleged lack of ability and willingness to change as an excuse for not succeeding with an assignment. We do not want to hear that at Factor3! Because we want to be the best at what we do, we also want to learn from the few times things do not succeed for us. That is why it is crucial that we listen and learn instead of spending time assigning blame.

At Factor3, we therefore take responsibility for succeeding with the assignment together with the customer – and the blame for not succeeding can be placed with us. It is an ingrained part of our delivery model, and something we consider entirely natural as an extension of our two other values. But it is also a great responsibility. That is why we also allow ourselves to have expectations and set requirements for our customers and our collaboration.

Because it is Our Responsibility, you can confidently rely on us to intervene early if we are going off track. At the same time, we never compromise our own integrity. We will say no if we cannot stand behind the assignment or the collaboration.

INTERNALLY

At Factor3, we share responsibility, but we take individual responsibility. We never let things slide if something can be done better or should be different – in our office, in our internal collaboration, in our methods and concepts, in our professional development, etc. Whoever sees it has a duty to act.

We all take responsibility for our own learning and development. No one may stand still in their professional and personal development. That is why we all have personal, professionally related development goals and a duty for each of us to put forward concrete suggestions for focus areas for our own development.
