The primary focus is therefore how the function in question can best support one or more business areas and\/or other key functions in the organisation, now and in the future.<\/p><p>Factor3 assists in planning and facilitating the overall strategy process at functional level. Factor3\u2019s five-phase strategy model is \u201cheavy at both ends\u201d! It is designed to guide you safely through the entire strategy process\u2014it is as execution-heavy as it is development-heavy. There is no point in executing something that has not been developed on the basis of accurate and sufficient knowledge. Conversely, there is also no point in developing something that the organisation has neither the framework, the capabilities, nor the willingness to execute.<\/p><p>Although we have phases that we always use as our point of departure, we do not believe in \u201cone size fits all\u201d.
