Most often, what is missing is not specific professional expertise and insight. Rather, there is a need to strengthen project and change management competencies!  <\/p><p>Factor3 regards project management as an independent management discipline, in which the professional project manager, project owner, project participant and steering committee must be trained and educated in order to realise the expected value of the projects. However, the training is never carried out detached from reality and never in isolation. <\/p><p>Competence development programmes designed and facilitated by Factor3 always take their point of departure in current projects and cases within the organisation.
