We design project models that work in practice<\/h2>

A fundamental premise of working with projects is uncertainty about exactly which deliverables are required to achieve the desired impact, and which process is optimal for the project to deliver these results. Although the process for each individual project must be planned on a case-by-case basis, there are elements of project management that can advantageously be defined in a shared overarching model for managing the organisation\u2019s projects.<\/p>

Factor3 ensures that the project management model is adapted to the needs of each organisation. At the same time, Factor3\u2019s ambition is for the model to be minimalist. This is crucial if the project model is to become a practical, operational tool. The minimalist approach to the model\u2019s structure and content is supported by a military-style implementation of the shared project processes, language, and methods. Consistency and discipline are key to reducing uncertainties at organisational level and thereby the risks associated with delivering projects.<\/p>
